Il Lago Restaurant is a splendid accommodation facility located near Montaione, a well-known tourist resort in the province of Florence. The complex, recently enlarged and renovated, is immersed in the green of the typical Tuscan hills.
One of the strengths of this structure is certainly the kitchen. The dishes, prepared with passion and professionalism, refer to a simple but refined cuisine, taking up all the flavors of the Mediterranean areas most dear to us.
Much attention is paid to the selection of raw materials, in particular to meat and fish. All products are highly controlled in their authenticity and freshness, to guarantee full and lively flavors. Arrivals of high quality products are daily which are readily served to customers.
Each dish can be tasted in combination with a wide range of both local and national wines. Experienced staff will guide customers in choosing wines based not only on the dishes, but also on seasonal dishes. Satisfaction for all types of customers, in fact the kitchen is able to prepare dishes and menus for vegetarians and vegans.
Not only that, but thanks to specific courses organized by the ASL, there are also dishes and complete menus for celiacs.
