Our kitchen essentially uses top quality ingredients, carefully selected over the years. Most of our dishes are cooked at the time of your order, so we ask you to apologize if we will wait a few minutes longer. This does not mean that we have forgotten you, but that we are working to serve you in the best way. We will also be happy to meet your needs in case of allergies or intolerances, as long as you mention it when ordering.
